    About Posting Job Openings
This is a service to AOIA Voting Category members in good standing. (See our Join AOIA page for voting categories.)
Said companies may electronically send their job postings to AOIA Administrative Assistant or one of the AOIA Board Members who will verify dues are current, then forward to Web Administrator () for posting.
Only jobs located in Arizona may be posted.
Once the position is filled, the company must notify AOIA so we can remove the job posting. Administrative Assistant to follow up on any posting that is one month or older to see if position still open.


    About Posting Resumes
This is also a service to AOIA Voting Category members in good standing.
This site will be password accessed and can only be accessed by said members.
Password will change periodically and all voting category members (CEO/HR) will be notified of the new password.
Anyone seeking employment can have a resume posted to the site, but the resumes must be electronically forwarded to Administrative Assistant or one of the AOIA Board Members for approval prior to being posted.
The resume must contain both telephone and e-mail contact information.
Person must notify us when no longer seeking employment. Administrative Assistant to follow up on any posting that is one month or older to see if person still seeking employment.

These functions of the site will not have restricted access; they may be accessed by anyone seeking employment.
