Clark, Vice President of Engineering at , has built research and development teams in San Diego and Dresden Germany, and is responsible for LightPointe's free-space optical, microwave-radio, and networking products. Previously, Mr. Clark held the position of Vice President of Engineering for Tiernan Communications, which supplies digital video CODECs for the television broadcast industry. He is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with an M.S.E.E. in Electronic Circuits and Systems.
